Are there any hidden setup or monthly fees?

No. Rizmi is completely free to join. There are no monthly subscriptions for students, tutors, or venues. We only charge a small platform service fee on successful transactions.

How does the Learner Protection Guarantee work?

When you book a session or space, your payment is held securely in escrow. It is only released to the tutor or venue after the booking is completed. If there is an issue, you can open a dispute and our support team will resolve it.

How do payouts work for Tutors and Venues?

Payouts are processed automatically and sent directly to your registered bank account or digital wallet (e.g., Vodafone Cash, InstaPay) within 3 to 5 business days after the completion of the booking or course purchase.

Can I cancel a booking? Are there cancellation fees?

Yes, you can cancel a booking according to our flexible cancellation policy. Learners can cancel up to 24 hours before a session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a small fee to compensate the tutor or venue for their held time.
